At NZCS our biggest assets are our people.
We have a small team of permanent staff employed and are proud promoters of our entire team.
Our staff exhibit a strong team culture of achieving a safe work environment, working efficiently and effectively together and in producing high standards of workmanship and personal pride for each job they have completed. NZCS is still at the stage of humble beginnings having only been operating since November 2017, with staff that have all come from a background in the industrial and marine painting sector. This has given us the ability to safely provide adequate supervision and training if more man power becomes required for larger projects.
Managing Director Kade Hunt
Kade has over 15 years working in the protective coating industry. He has an impressive portfolio of unique projects. He has great communication skills when it comes to working with clients and understanding deadlines. Kade has worked as a trades assistant to a business owner, along the way he has picked up the ins and outs of all aspects of the industrial painting business.
Business Manager Brittany Van de Waardt
Brittany has years of administrative experience in various industries in America. Since the age of 18 she has held jobs at some of the biggest fortune 500 companies. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs and understands the hard work, and great communication it takes to run a small business. She has been a dedicated member of our team since 2019 and continues to help the business strive for greatness.
Administrator Georgia Graham
Georgia Graham is currently studying at the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand for a certificate in Business management. She brings enthusiasm and fresh eyes to our ever-changing operation.
